1) I bought and posted before and see if the band of plastic or velcro, I can see in the picture, and not receive a response. So buy and hope is not velcro, but. I asked if I could go back and watch with elastic and has never received a response. So now I have a clock that can not be used. I can not risk a rash from it. Very disappointing ……
